WORK PHILOSOPHY
- The vision of working with women
The work with women in Bethel Church aims to glorify God by forming mature disciples in Christ. This will be achieved by encouraging and facilitating the personal spiritual growth of as many of the women of our church as possible to become healthy and active members of the Body of Christ, by motivating, equipping and involving them in the various aspects of Christian service for the purpose of building and expanding the Kingdom of God.

Principles of operation of compartments:
- Each compartment will be coordinated by one or two women;
- The role of the coordinators will be to encourage the participation of as many women as possible in the respective compartment, depending on their availability and the gifts they have;
- The aim will be to form a working core in each department, promoting teamwork;
- In order to develop the work in the long term, consideration will be given to both the involvement of mature women and the attraction of as many young women as possible, in order to train them for ministry;
Periodic meetings of all women in the church for fellowship and encouragement are envisaged, when the activity carried out in the compartments will be analyzed and objectives will be established.
Working with women is an integral part of our church’s work, complementing the various activities taking place in existing departments.
